Mondays at 6-7 pm. Stretch – Breathe – Let Go. Join me for a yoga class of stretches, poses, breath work and yoga nidra. The format of the class is 30 minutes of yoga followed by 30 minutes of yoga nidra. Possible Props: Pillows, blankets, eye pillows and bolster.
